  • Thermostat Replacement (Older Subzero refrigerators only)

If your refrigerator (fridge and freezer) stops running, we can replace the thermostat with a genuine manufacturer's part for optimal reliability. Older Subzero versions have cold control thermostats, however, the newer versions starting from Subzero 600s, 700s, BI, IT and IC series have a control board that functions as a thermostat.  

 

  • Evaporator or Condenser Fan Motor Replacement 

An evaporator fan motor is responsible for circulating the cold air from the coils to the fridge and freezer while the condenser fan motor cools the compressor. Both of them are considered vital parts, and any malfunctioning would cause cooling issues. Unlike refrigerators of other brands, Subzeros have a separate evaporator fan motor on each compartment and a single condenser fan motor on the machine compartment. 

 

  • Poor temperature control

If your top shelves seem warmer than the bottom in the fridge compartment or the temperature fluctuates and appears fine in the morning but deteriorates during the day, this is often symptomatic of an evaporator fan motor, defrost or sometimes freon clogging issues.   • Fridge Compartment is warm but freezer is normal
